Product description:
The dryer cylinder seems to be very simple, just like a large iron bucket. 
Actually, the main body is a cast iron circular hollow. It is heated by steam inside,
and when it reaches a certain temperature on outside, then it will dry the paper which just Freshly produced paper.

Dryer cylinder has a great influence on the quality of the finished product. Its quality directly determines whether the surface of the final product is smooth and flat or not. Dryer Cylinder , heads and journals are made of special cast iron. Separate journals are bolted onto the dryer heads.
Dryer shells are ground on the outside and turned on the inside, while all dryer journals with steam or condensate pipes have insulation sleeves.
