High-speed Pulp Washer

High speed pulp washer is a washing equipment used in papermaking industry in China, on the basis of advanced foreign technology, successfully developed a new type of Deinked pulp washing equipment. Complete machine adopts full closed-end structure, stainless steel shell shape can replace the condenser and the inclined screw thickeners, simplifies the process and reduces costs.


 

Application:

Used in waste paper treating system for washing de-inked pulp.

Feature:

* Bulk degree of pulp layer forming in stage on cylinder is high and fine impurities has stronger penetrability.So the fine impurities is easy to be removed.
* Special struture of stage two cylinder can from water leg vacuum,which is beneficial to thickening of pulp,thereby,discharge consistency is high.
* Middle tank can perform the second-time dilution of pulp,benifical to washing and thickening of pulp ,with high washing effeciency.
