Installation Requirements Of Shaking Box:
1.Preparatory work of pre-installation:
(1) Installing the shaking box after the foundation meets the strength requirements.
(2) Checking and proofing whether the position of basic reserved hole is correct based on the size of basic reserved hole.
(3) Check all parts of the main engine is complete, and cleaning the rust oil.
(4) Check the sealing parts of filler, and filling lubricating grease to the bearing.
2. Requirements of installation quality:
(1) To ensure the level of box body.
(2) Ensure the level of stretched arm and connecting plate of shaking, ensure that the stretched arm and the center line of paper machine is vertical. The final correction of all center lines, horizontal planes and vertical planes are subject to the foundation bolt is screwed down.
(3) Ensure that the mounting position of shaking box is in the middle position of the amplitude.
(4) The protective cover must be installed after the drive motor and belt are installed in order to prevent the occurrence of safety accidents.
3. Note Of Using Shaking box:
(1) Pouring into lubricating oil before working, and controlling the quantity of lubricating oil to ensure sufficient lubrication.
(2) The shaking box is in low speed operation before working, then speeding up to the process requirements gradually after it working normally.
(3) Stopping work when there is abnormal conditions, and then finding out the reasons. Restarting work after removing the trouble.
(4) Checking the liquid level of lubricating oil in the box frequently, and adding lubricating oil in time if there is deficiency. Replacing the lubricating oil in the box every six months.
(5) Checking the bearing bush clearance frequently, and replacing bearing bush in time if the clearance or the noise is too big.
(6) Checking the tension of transmission belt once a month.
